Former Secretary general to the DR Congo, TAMBWE MUSANGELU, died in Kinshasa on 15 September. He was one of the most brilliant administrators of both congolese and african football. From 1980 to 1986 he was member of CAF Executive Board. As from 1986 he has been member of several permanent committees and has participated with deap devotion and commitment in actions aimed to developpe and promote african football.
